1.1 Graphic design assignments are delivered within 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the assignments.

1.2 If the Client causes a delay (for example, by providing feedback too late), the delivery may be postponed.

2.1 A revision is defined as a round of adjustments based on feedback provided by the Client.

2.2 A revision exclusively includes minor to moderate changes to the design. Examples include, but are not limited to:

1. Adjusting colors
2. Changing or correcting text
3. Switching fonts
4. Moving or rearranging existing elements
5. Minor additions or deletions within the project

2.3 Revisions are NOT intended for creating an entirely new design or making major conceptual changes.

2.4 The number of included revisions will be agreed upon in advance. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be charged at the applicable hourly rate or a pre-determined fee.

3.1 Before work on the Client’s project begins, half (50%) of the total amount must first be paid/transferred to one of the bank accounts listed in the quotation/invoices. By paying/transferring the first half (50%), the Client confirms their agreement with the sent quotation.

3.2 Invoices must be paid within 14 business days from the invoice date.

3.3 Prices are calculated in USD ($) by default. If payment is made in SRD, the Client must indicate this in advance. SRD prices may vary daily, depending on the current exchange rate.

3.4 After full payment of the total amount, the Client obtains the usage rights for the delivered design.

4.1 In case of cancellation halfway through the project, the first 50% of the total amount will be retained as compensation for work already completed. Any unpaid work will not be delivered and remains the property of JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY.

5a. The desired formats in which the final files should be delivered to the Client(s) must be communicated in advance.

5b. Final files will only be delivered after full payment or after the second half of the agreed total amount has been paid.

6.1 JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY is NOT liable for any damage resulting from the use of the delivered designs. The Client is responsible for the final use and for any errors or inaccuracies in content provided by the Client.

6.2 JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY reserves the right to refuse a Client’s project, in whole or in part.

6.3 JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY reserves the right to delete the final files after delivery to the Client.

6.4 JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY is not liable for the loss of project files after delivery. It is the Client’s responsibility to carefully store the final project files.

7.1 JM PIXELS - DIGITAL AGENCY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

8.1 A rush order is defined as an assignment submitted by the Client with a requested delivery time that is shorter than the usual or previously agreed-upon timeline.

8.2 JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY will assess whether a rush order is feasible and reserves the right to refuse such requests.

8.3 Rush orders are subject to a surcharge of at least 25% and up to 50% on top of the regular price, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.4 Deadlines for rush orders are only confirmed after approval by JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY.

8.5 Any delays or limitations resulting from the nature of the rush order fall outside the liability of JM PIXELS – DIGITAL AGENCY.
